Can I buy land only?
Yes, the concept allows buyers to apply to purchase a lot and build, provided the home follows the approved design guidelines for the zone.
How will lots be sold?
Due to high interest, lots are planned to be sold through an application process. Mortgage purchasers should provide a pre-approval letter, while cash purchasers should provide a bank statement or proof of funds.
Can Retrac Estate build the home for me?
That is part of the intended offering. Buyers may be able to work with approved builders for a more streamlined process.
Are the renderings final?
No. Current visuals are conceptual and may change based on approvals, engineering, construction requirements, and final design decisions.
What design options are available?
Design options are grouped by lot size, from compact 2-3 bedroom concepts for approximately 1,000-1,100 sqm lots to larger 3-5 bedroom family and estate concepts for approximately 1,100-1,900 sqm lots.
