To protect the visual quality and long-term appeal of the development, all homes will follow approved design standards. Buyers who choose to build independently must align with the approved community concept, architectural standards, and engineering requirements.

  • All home designs must be submitted and approved before construction begins.
  • Preferred colour schemes include white and gray, taupe and warm beige, muted cream, and natural wood accents.
  • Designs must respect reserved roads, drainage easements, retention ponds, and safe separation from drains.
